Illawarra Credit Union

The primary goal of this project was to create a brand identity that reflected the Illawarra Credit Unions core values, promote trust, and establish a strong visual presence that differentiated it from it’s competitors.

The design extended to a range of printed materials, signage, social media tiles, website banners, car/bus decals, EDM’s, building fascia and marketing collateral.

The project included a branch refit to align the physical environment with the new brand design. This involved a comprehensive assessment and redesign of interior elements, including signage, wall graphics, meeting rooms and teller counters, to ensure a cohesive and inviting customer experience.
